When you sign up on Werq, the verification process includes the following steps:

  1. Werq Representative will check the website address mentioned by you in the sign up form. 

  2. Werq Representative will contact you via email and call. 

  3. Werq representative will ask you to gather following details for setting up your organisation on Werq:

    1. Location Details - location NPI, name, address & parent location details. 

    2. Staff Details - name, title, email, phone no. & locations on which staff is working.

    3. Provider’s Details - name, title, NPI number, email, phone number, locations in which providers are providing service, specialty, subspecialty & provider’s license PDF.

    4. Insurance Details - Provider’s NPI, name, location, insurance company & insurance plans. 

4. For the above, werq representative provide you a spreadsheet. Once the filled up spreadsheet is emailed back, werq representative create will create your practice locations, staff, providers and insurances. And will send invites to all.
