After creating an entry/uploading the csv file, you can check the report tab, if “report” table shows the status “successful” then the entry/csv file that you have uploaded is recorded and you can see those entries in the “records” table. Secondly, if the status is “unsuccessful” in the reports tab then in the status column you will get notified where you had made a mistake and eventually you can make the changes by editing the row in the “records” table.
