Don't want to send patient referral updates one by one?

Now, you can upload a spreadsheet with all your appointments and send referral updates in one shot.

If you wish to import appointment data in Werq, you can simply head over to the dropdown under your Username as shown and select "Import Appointments" as shown below :

How do I do it?

Following a few steps is all you need to get the job done.

  • You just need to have appointment-related data you wish to upload/import as a CSV file.

  • Clicking on Import Appointments section will load the screen shown below :

  • Here, you can upload your CSV file containing Appointment & Referral data to be updated on Werq.

  • After you've uploaded your file, You'll get the screen as shown below where you can select the Header/column names from your CSV file which match the names given on the side.

  • We show the first two rows as a sample so as to make you sure that the column names you're selecting for the Headers given are correctly chosen.

  • On successfully mapping all the required columns with the headers from the CSV, you'll get a screen as shown below :

  • You can see 10 records at a time from your CSV. In order to access the next 10 records, you can click on the next and previous buttons at the bottom of the screen.

  • Here, you're just two steps away from saving the data which usually would've taken days otherwise to be saved; which are:

    • Fill up the missing data required (if any) to save the Appointment. (which is shown in Red Background)

    • Search the Providers & Organization in Werq or NPI Records (to make sure you update the authentic provider/organization about the appointment you just saved) by clicking on the blinking Search icon in blue by the data.

  • We've got your back here as well, we pre-evaluate the provider and Organization data in your CSV and for every perfect match with our records, we pre-approve them which is indicated by turning the search icon green. for the rest, you can match them with the data in our Records.

  • For manually matching the data in our records, you just need to click on the blinking search icon, which opens up a window as shown below :

(nothing new, same old Search we introduced recently to allow Sending Referrals to anyone)

  • In order to save the data after entering valid data, click on submit at the bottom right corner. On every successful record saved, you will be notified as shown below:

  • If in case you don’t wish to save a particular appointment record at the moment, you can even save it temporarily in a Draft from where you can access it afterward and save accordingly.

  • In order to access the draft section to complete saving the data you have in the draft, Just head over to the dropdown under your Username as shown and select "Draft Appointments".

  • On selecting the option, you are redirected to the following screen where you can select the date when it was saved as a draft to access the data you need.
