Yup, double data entry is tiring… All of that just to send a referral? As of this release, you can upload a spreadsheet with all your patients. Next time you want to send a referral for this patient, simply search for the patient by name, MRN, etc… That's it. You no longer have to type all patient demographics and insurance details again.
In order to save Patient data, head over to the Patient Section from the Navbar & click on “Import Patient” at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll get this screen where you can upload your CSV file containing Patient data to be updated on Werq.
After you’ve uploaded your file, you can follow the same steps as used in the Import Appointment Section to successfully add a patient.
As an additional & time-saving feature, we’ve introduced an option where you can send Referrals as well while adding new patients simultaneously. All you need to do is check on the Send Referral option and fill up the required fields.
